Leaders in Consumer Class Action Lawsuits

Poulos LoPiccolo is investigating complaints by consumers that the ice maker(s) in their Frigidaire brand French Door Bottom Mount refrigerators do not work.  According to consumer complaints, consumers have complained to Electrolux (the manufacturer of Frigidaire refrigerators) but many times Electrolux refuses to attempt to repair the problem due to the consumer’s refrigerator being past the unreasonably short 1 year warranty.

Poulos LoPiccolo has information indicating Electrolux has known about this problem for years, but failed to disclose the issue to consumers. Furthermore, according to consumers, Electrolux and its agents have refused to address and correct the faulty ice makers even though they know how to fix the defect.
